90 Days Before Moving
- Get pre-approved for a mortgage (if buying) or start researching rental neighborhoods

- Research schools if you have children (MNPS school zones vary significantly)
- Connect with a Nashville REALTOR who specializes in relocating buyers
- Get quotes from at least 3 moving companies
60 Days Before Moving
- Book a Nashville visit trip -- spend 2--3 days actually walking your target neighborhoods
- Start your home search in earnest (or sign a lease)
