NashMatch.app ("NashMatch," "we," "our") is a Nashville neighborhood discovery tool operated by Austin Rowe, REALTOR® with Onward Real Estate. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you:

Complete the neighborhood quiz (name, email, phone number, and your quiz answers)
Submit a contact or "Plan a Visit" form (name, email, phone, neighborhood preferences)
Interact with buttons or CTAs on the site

We also collect limited technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through Cloudflare (our hosting provider) and ActiveCampaign (our email platform).

How we use your information

To show you your neighborhood match results
To send you your personalized neighborhood breakdown and follow-up emails if you opt in
To contact you about Nashville real estate if you request it
To improve the quiz and site experience

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising outside of the direct communications described above.

Email communications

By submitting your email address through the quiz or any form on NashMatch.app, you agree to receive emails from Austin Rowe about your neighborhood match results and Nashville real estate. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Third-party services

NashMatch uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

ActiveCampaign - email marketing and CRM. Your contact information and quiz results are stored in ActiveCampaign. ActiveCampaign Privacy Policy

Cookies and tracking

NashMatch uses session storage (not persistent cookies) to remember your quiz answers during your visit. This data is cleared when you close your browser tab. We also use ActiveCampaign's site tracking to understand how visitors interact with the site.

Your rights

You have the right to:

Request access to the personal data we hold about you
Request deletion of your personal data
Unsubscribe from email communications at any time
Opt out of site tracking by disabling cookies in your browser

Data retention

We retain your contact information in ActiveCampaign for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications. If you unsubscribe, your record is retained in a suppression list to honor your opt-out. You may request full deletion at any time.

Children's privacy

NashMatch is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of NashMatch.app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
