Information you provide directly
- Quiz answers and results -- your lifestyle preferences, budget range, and matched neighborhoods
- Contact details -- name, email, phone number, and Instagram handle (phone and Instagram are optional), submitted through the quiz, the "Plan a Visit" form, the contact page, or the relocation guide download
- Messages you send -- anything you type into the NashMatch chat assistant
Information collected automatically
- Usage data -- pages visited, quiz progress, and button clicks, collected via Google Analytics (GA4)
- Advertising data -- via the Meta Pixel, used to measure ad performance and build audiences for NashMatch's own Facebook/Instagram ads
- Approximate location -- if you use the commute calculator, an address you enter is sent to Google Maps to estimate drive time; we don't store precise location data
How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
- Show you your neighborhood quiz results and let you compare matches
- Follow up with you about neighborhoods, listings, or real estate services, if you've shared contact information
- Send the relocation guide or other content you've requested
- Understand which pages and features people actually use, so we can improve the site
- Measure the performance of NashMatch's own advertising
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services We Use
NashMatch relies on a small number of outside services to run the site. Each only receives the data it needs to do its job:
- Google Analytics (GA4) -- anonymized usage and event data (page views, quiz starts/completions, button clicks)
- Meta Pixel -- ad performance measurement for NashMatch's own campaigns
- Google Maps -- commute time estimates when you use the commute calculator
- Anthropic (Claude) -- powers the NashMatch chat assistant; messages you send it are processed to generate a response but are not used to identify you personally
- Cloudflare -- hosts the website and processes standard technical/security data (like IP address) common to any web request
Your quiz answers and contact information may also be stored in Austin's customer relationship management system so he can follow up with you directly.
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies (via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to remember your session and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features (like resuming a quiz result) may not.
Your Choices
- Skip any optional field (phone, Instagram) when using the quiz or forms
