A charming East Nashville neighborhood with a strong sense of community, beautiful tree-canopied streets, and quick access to both Shelby Park and the East Nashville restaurant scene. I'm not the loudest neighborhood in East Nashville, and that's intentional. The people who choose me value the community over the scene. The neighborhood association is active. The neighbors know each other. That's increasingly rare.
Cleveland Park sits further east than some buyers want — it's less walkable to the Five Points core than Lockeland Springs or Edgefield. Prices have risen with the rest of East Nashville. School options require the same research as any East Nashville neighborhood. Inventory is limited when good houses come up.
